RLC Park Services is a leading park facility operator in British Columbia, servicing many parks across the province’s Vancouver Island. RLC allows park visitors to rent vehicles and accommodation at specific parks, while also providing educational and interpretive programs for its patrons.
RLC’s new look was designed to retain the brand equity of their established 30-year presence, but left its industrial image behind for a much more modern approach. The re-brand was also accompanied by a new approach to their website and re-invention of their online sales funnel. The website is heavily automated to allow RLC to regularly keep their content up-to-date while allowing their users to easily navigate their various parks, employment opportunities, and accommodation rental options. A booking engine was also provided to allow customers to book and pay for RLC Parks’ rentals online.
